International Photography Seminar with Jeff Ascough & Marcus Bell
You may be wondering, why I have not updated my blog for sometime. It is because I was on holiday, woo-hoo! 🙂 The last two weeks have been a very productive yet enjoyable time for me. My sister, my photographer friend Lawrence Tsang & family came all the way from Hong Kong to spend their holidays with my wife & I.
One of the highlights of my holiday was to attend a joint wedding photography seminar, hosted by two of the world’s top 10 wedding photographers – Jeff Ascough (http://jeffascough.typepad.com/wpj_resource/) and Marcus Bell (http://www.studioimpressions.com.au/home.html). Their works have constantly inspired me to perform better each and every time I do a wedding. At every photoshoot, I push myself to exceed my own expectations and hopefully my clients’ expectations too. I love Jeff’s black & white photography, shooting by available light, and Marcus’s talent in capturing emotional moments that can touch one’s heart. Marcus’s mix of landscape and bridal photography is exceptional too.
I attended the seminar with Lawrence Tsang (http://www.lawrencetsang.com), a highly talented professional wedding photographer from Hong Kong who have become my close friend. I met Lawrence by asking him to become the photographer for my wedding in Hong Kong last year, and through our correspondence and photography sharing sessions over the internet, we have now become firm friends. Lawrence gave me a lot of motivation, support and strongly encourages me in my dream of becoming a professional wedding photographer. I am very lucky to know Lawrence as a friend, and I hope we can learn from each other and give each other moral and professional support in the photography world. (Go! Go! Go!)

You are thinner than before. Are you on diet?
Cheers,
