Melaka Wedding Highlights of the Day photo slideshow, Malaysia
The photo slideshow below summarises the morning of our wedding day in Malaysia. The morning began at the bride’s grandaunty (a “Nyonya”) home in Melaka, Malaysia followed by a photoshoot near St. Paul’s hill and Jongkar Walk in Melaka. A special memory was being able to sit the exact same trishaw (three-wheeled vehicle used in the older days) that we both sat in 2006 when we sat a trishaw for the first time. Ling wanted to find the same trishaw for the photoshoot, and our wish came true when within 5 minutes of the photoshoot, the trishaw uncle (owner) turned out right beside us! It was a magical moment. Charley: Model Portfolio in Newcastle
Not long ago, I received a request to be the wedding photographer for a bride called Tia Wedgewood, on Christmas Eve (congratulations Tia!). Unfortunately I will not be in UK during the time. Tia then asked if I could instead arrange a photoshoot for her daughter Charley, who is a model building up her modelling portfolio. The weather on the day was EXTREMELY cold (8 degree celsius), at the coast, it was even few degree lower but Charley was very co-operative and professional, so we managed to capture many nice photos for Charley to use as her model portfolio. Best of luck Charley in the pursue of your career!

A wonderful experience at Lynda and Omar's wedding
I am really happy that I took up the assignment of being the wedding photographer for Lynda and Omar. I still remember a week before Lynda and Omar’s wedding, Ling spotted an advert urgently seeking for a wedding photographer. At that time, I was still considering whether I should go for this job. Firstly, it is quite far away for us to travel because it is in London. Secondly, I had to take a day off from BT. I kept asking myself whether I should go for it. Something in their advert strikes to me as they were needing a wedding photographer pretty urgently, I had a strong feeling that…

Lynda & Omar Chin-Keow – Wedding in London
We travelled to London to attend Lynda and Omar’s African wedding. It was interesting when I came to know that Omar who is Jamaican, actually has Chinese blood! His grandfather is Chinese, hence the family name “Chin-Keow”. When I saw Omar in person, I thought he looked like Thierry Henry(!), one of the best footballers in the world who plays for Barcelona. Actually thinking about it, he is better looking than Thierry. If any Thierry fans out there disagrees, please leave a comment at my blog 🙂 The day started off with Lynda and Omar dressed in African traditional outfit attending the registration, followed by a western wedding. The reception…
