Wedding Photography at The Landmark Hotel, London It was an emotional day at The Landmark Hotel in London where Hai Yin and Brandon’s wedding took place. As tradition goes, Hai Yin wore a gorgeous traditional Chinese wedding dress in the morning for the Chinese Wedding and Tea Ceremony. This was then followed by the civil ceremony where she changed into a stunning white dress. Joanne & David – Wedding at Sutera Harbour, Kota Kinabalu
This time, I was in Kota Kinabalu in East Malaysia. It was my second time to shoot in Malaysia. It was so hot on the day. 39 degrees celcius! Therefore, I had to wear shorts to cope with this extreme weather. Everything has been planned really well in this wedding. I was lucky to have met such a lovely couple. I also had opportunity to photograph a gorgeous collection of wedding attire: wedding gown by Vera Wang, bridal shoes by Jimmy Choo Couture (yes, made by Jimmy Choo himself!), and Cartier wedding rings. Two months after finishing the pre-wedding for Caroline and Andrew in Edinburgh, it was great to see them again in August. This time it was their wedding day held at one of the most beautiful and historic castles in Scotland, that is Dundas Castle. This castle is not open to public. According to the owner, the castle is available only for exclusive hire and can be booked for a wide variety of events – weddings, conferences, business meetings and so on. The wedding of Carrie and Victor was a memorable one. It was my first time to attend a wedding with over 600+ guests. I feel honoured to be their wedding photographer. During this wedding assignment, I also got to meet Wong, another wedding photographer from Kid Chan Studio in Kuala Lumpur.
