Ivy and Ming – Pre-wedding/Engagement Photoshoot in Newcastle
Ivy and Ming are both from Hong Kong. They booked me over the internet and we met each other only a day before the photo shoot. However, it didn’t affect the progress at all. Although it was raining most of the time, we had lots of fun during the day. They used to study in Newcastle. That was the reason why they chose Newcastle as their favourite location for pre-wedding photo shoot. Ming told me that Ivy loves the Newcastle Tyne Bridge. May & Akwan – Engagement photoshoot in Newcastle – 2008-07-31
This is an engagement photo slideshow of May and Akwan, taken in Newcastle. On that day, it was raining heavily, I was quite disappointed as I had a few places in mind that I planned to take them but was unable to. So I had to think of several alternative locations, such as the Newcastle High Level Bridge, Vermont Hotel (thank you to the staff who let us photograph there), and then we proceeded to Newcastle Central Station. Emma & Andrew – Wedding at Ramside Hall, Durham
On the 11th August, Saturday, we attended Emma and Andrew’s wedding. We arrived the Ramside Hall in Durham at 9:30am so that I could capture Andrew and Richard (his brother) preparing for the day. At 11:08am, we made our way to St. Michael’s Church. This was followed by a reception at the Ballroom of Ramside Hall. It is quite eye-opening to attend an English wedding; in a Chinese wedding the reception (banquet) is normally held in the evening whereas in an English wedding, it is held at lunchtime.
