Hai Yin & Brandon – Wedding at The Landmark Hotel, London
Wedding Photography at The Landmark Hotel, London It was an emotional day at The Landmark Hotel in London where Hai Yin and Brandon’s wedding took place. As tradition goes, Hai Yin wore a gorgeous traditional Chinese wedding dress in the morning for the Chinese Wedding and Tea Ceremony. This was then followed by the civil ceremony where she changed into a stunning white dress. Thank you Hai Yin and Brandon for placing your trust in me as your wedding photographer of the most important day in your lives. I hope you like these photographs. Valerie & Juston – Pre-wedding shoot in Paris
It is always a pleasure to work with couples from the States especially Valerie & Juston from San Francisco. I am sure it is because of the sunshine in San Francisco, that’s why they have such a positive and upbeat mood during the photoshoot. They could not stop smiling all day long! I still remember the first time when I walked into their hotel room as Valerie opened the door. It was like opening a gift 🙂 because we didn’t have a meeting or meet each other beforehand. We went straight onto the streets to start the photo-shoot session after 5 minutes of discussion about the places and route of…

Gladys & Kevin – Pre-wedding/Engagement photoshoot in Paris – The Rain Series
In the past I have received e-mails from clients before their pre-wedding photo-shoot: “Ken, what if it rains?” “I do not want my pictures with rain in it”. I always tell them: Why are you afraid of the rain spoiling the image ? Treat rain like an accessory; like the necklace on the bride’s neck, or the umbrella in her hands. Personally I love this image below that was shot under the drizzly condition during Glady and Kevin’s photoshoot in Paris. When it rains, the sky…

Vicky & Matthew – Pre-wedding shoot in Sorrento, Italy
I have been to Italy many times but this was the first time that I went to the Southern part of Italy. Thank you very much to Vicky and Matthew for bringing me to Sorrento, Italy. Sorrento is a lovely small town famous for its lemontrees (they were everywhere!) and seafood. As usual, I did not have a fixed route on the shooting day. I prefer this way as I love walking around and looking for interesting things to capture. We took a mini Cruise to Capri Island in the morning. It took about 20-30 minutes to travel to Capri, so it was not that bad as we got to…

Alexis & Brian – Pre-wedding in Hong Kong
During my trip in Hong Kong 2 months ago, I had an opportunity to photograph Alexis and Brian from Hong Kong. I have to thank Zeta and Brian (whom I photographed in Rome and Prague) for your referral and everyone on the day who helped during the shoot. Thanks Brian for driving us around and a great help from Alexis’s best friend who did the make up and hair (short term memory, oops please remind me for her name). You all were so easy to work with and I really enjoyed every minute of it.
