Catherine & Alisdair – Wedding at Moot Hall, Newcastle
I did not know that Catherine and Alisdair are great “helpers” of the society, until later when I found out that Catherine is a doctor and Alisdair works for a charity to help cure mental illnesses. I had a very enjoyable day photoshooting their wedding, which was cosy, intimidate and very classy. It began with the civil marriage ceremony at The Moot Hall, followed by a lunch reception at the Pan Haggerty restaurant at Quayside at Newcastle. Their celebrations continued onto the next day with a dinner at the Brasserie Black Door. Unfortunately when Catherine asked if I could photograph the next day’s celebrations, I could not make it due to myself…

I still remember how we met. Allison found me last year when she walked past Fastframe – the gallery and framing shop where I provide Landscape photographs. She is the first client who booked me. It was back in November last year. Thank you for putting your trust in me to photograph your beautiful wedding. This wedding was held in Washington Old Hall. It is a lovely hall. We made a visit there beforehand. Washington town is the original Washington in the world. The Washington DC is named after this National Trust in Newcastle.
