Chinese Wedding at The Hampton Court Palace, London
A few weeks ago, I had a wonderful opportunity to photograph a wedding at the Hampton Court Palace in London. It was a honour as it is a very grand venue for a castle wedding. The grounds of Hampton Court Palace is massive, so massive that we had to use a golf buggy to drive us around during the photo shoot session! The weather was unusually hot. Wedding Photography at The Landmark Hotel, London It was an emotional day at The Landmark Hotel in London where Hai Yin and Brandon’s wedding took place. As tradition goes, Hai Yin wore a gorgeous traditional Chinese wedding dress in the morning for the Chinese Wedding and Tea Ceremony. This was then followed by the civil ceremony where she changed into a stunning white dress. Where have I been? Pre-weddings in Europe! This October, I’ve had a very exciting month. After my trips to Paris, Florence, and Prague, I only had ONE day to spend time at home. Afterwards, I travelled to London and Santorini for my next photoshoots. A special one day – not for wedding photography! After the pre-wedding in Prague, I had to travel to London for another pre-wedding photoshoot. Although I could have taken a direct flight from Prague to London, instead I flew from Prague to Manchester. I then took a 4-hour train from Manchester Airport to Newcastle. It was wonderful to capture the pre-wedding photos for Yvonne and Simon in Paris few months ago. Yvonne and Simon are a very easy-going couple. Yvonne gave me an impression that she is someone who doesn’t mind whether the make up will look good or not and Simon only worried whether his glasses would affect the quality of the photograph 🙂 You guys are so natural.
